The Grafton

The Grafton, West Derby Road, Liverpool

What can I say, if you short on cash and feeling down, you MUST go to the Grafton, cheap, tacky and above all, you will feel like a god next to some of the people in there!

Grafton Logo

I have to admit, I am a great fan of the grafton, the first time I ever went (when it really was grab a granny) I nearly died, there were women in there my GRAN'S age (R.I.P) but as time went on, it started to attract younger people not that I would use the word trendy whatsoever, it did start to become halfway decent!

Nowadays the Grafton its full (honest) of people around my age (23-28) out to have a good laugh, the music downstairs is a good mix.

The Grafton

So, to sum up (in my humble opinion), The Grafton is one of the few places left where you can go to enjoy yourself, feel relaxed, and cry laughing at some of the total lunatics that go there!

MT says: At the time of writing the Grafton is open on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. It has an entry fee of between £11-15 depending on which night you go. The entry fee pays for your drinks, which makes the club a real bargain.

This is a mainstream, dance-around-your-handbag place so don't expect any Pete Tong like performances from the DJs. If you like the simple things in life and like to mix it up with all walks of life, you'll probably enjoy it.

For more info, do cheack the Graftons' website which is a real cracker.
